Medicine Trinity: community, food and magic 🦄 for the whole family

I have been fortunate to step foot in dozens of countries and villages, and I have been seeking for years how to combine the magic ingredients that foster a loving, kind and authentic community.

What I have witnessed, is this happens organically over food, curious and open souls, and shared values.

I would like to recreate the magic formulas I have seen from many different cultures and communities.

Borrowing from beautiful traditions such as Lungar, a community kitchen that serves free meals to all people, regardless of religion, caste, gender, or economic status. The tradition, rooted in the principles of equality and selfless service and the farmer’s markets of Costa Rica where there is a place to connect, and to share our specialty wares and stories.
