About the event
Curious about Kambo?
Come sit with me for a unique experience to just dip our toes in with a microdose and learn and experience with Kambo, the ancient medicine derived from the secretions of the Amazonian tree frog. Revered by indigenous tribes for centuries, Kambo is celebrated for its powerful cleansing properties, ability to strengthen the immune system, and enhance mental clarity.
This sit led by Amber Taylor provides an introduction to this sacred practice in a respectful and controlled environment, honoring its traditional uses and the wisdom of the tribes. Discover the potential of this potent natural remedy to bring about profound changes in health and consciousness, fostering a deeper connection with nature's healing powers. This is your opportunity to revitalize and reconnect in a nurturing community setting.
Learn more about Amber Taylor:
Amber is from the deep south in Florida, this gave of her plenty of experiences to need to heal from. She moved to Vancouver in 2020 at the height of the global lockdown. She has been working with kambo since 2017 where she trained with Kambo Naturalista for three weeks in a hut in the jungles of Peru. She trained with a matses tribe member who helped her catch the frogs directly and showed her how to collect medicine in a gentle way. She uses very little frog medicine to achieve big results, therefore protecting the frogs as there is no synthetic source for kambo. The frogs do not produce the medicine outside of the jungle. Amber is trained in many healing modalities in her fifteen years on this healing path including 5MEO, IBT breathwork (integral trauma breathwork), yoga and yoga nidra. She is a folk herbalist and trained in Reiki and Theta Healing. In particular, she uses her healing work to help people integrate their trauma that is causing them trouble in their current lives. She learned to serve kambo so that she could heal herself and that is the reason she wants to teach others.
